• No Warranty: StreamDrop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for interrupted transfers, data loss, or failed connections.
• Fair Use: The service is provided for fair and reasonable usage. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access if usage threatens the stability of the platform.
• Open Source & Self-Hosting: StreamDrop is open-source (GPL-3.0 licensed). You are free to inspect, audit, or host the code yourself. If you don't trust any third-party server, self-hosting instructions are in the GitHub repository.
